Our Plastering Process
A meticulous, step-by-step approach ensures a perfect bond and a flawless finish on every wall and ceiling we touch.
Surface Preparation
We thoroughly clean and prepare the existing walls or plasterboard, applying bonding agents or scrim tape to joints to ensure maximum adhesion and prevent future cracking.
Base Coat Application (If Required)
For uneven masonry or brickwork, a backing coat (like hardwall or browning) is applied and leveled to create a plumb, flat base for the final finish.
Skimming
Two thin coats of finishing plaster are expertly troweled onto the surface. We work the plaster as it sets to achieve a polished, exceptionally smooth finish.
Curing & Cleanup
The plaster is left to dry naturally to a light pink color. We ensure the workspace is left spotless, leaving you with walls ready for decoration.
